Me & Alex have become on FIRST name basis w/the apple store @ the gateway this week. We have been here THREE times. Today, the guy who we are currently pestering is Oli. & his snakebite friend Alex. These so called "genius helpers" SUCK!
Alex made an appointment for her virus infested computer and they DIDN"T SAVE IT! so we have been waiting here for the past 3 hours for a "stand by" opening. The ugly pance girl said it would be an hour & a half.
Shes a good liar.
